The Alexander Mansion is decorated each December for the holidays. Take advantage of the beautiful setting to host your holiday party!
Whether it’s a company holiday party, a thank-you luncheon for your clients, an awards presentation to honor your best employees, or a charity fundraiser, the Alexander Mansion will provide a spectacular holiday backdrop for your event.
Each room of the main floor is decked out in the season’s finest adornments. Multiple Christmas trees, lights, garlands, wreaths, and more will fill every corner and highlight every mantle. Your guests will remember your event for years to come.
Weekday Daytime (Monday-Friday, 10 am – 3 pm):
$500 for a 4 hour event, Downstairs Only.
Weekday Evenings (Monday-Thursday, 4 pm – 11 pm):
$750 for a 4 hour event, Downstairs Only.
Weekend (Friday evenings, Saturday, Sunday):
$1,200 for a 4 hour event, Downstairs Only.
$2,000 for a 4 hour event, Downstairs and Upstairs.
$4,000 for a 4 hour event, Downstairs and Upstairs.
All prices subject to change. Official price is given upon reservation.
Rental fees include Caterer’s use of china, silverware, glassware, tables, and chairs.
Deposit: A $500 damage deposit is required 30 days in advance of the event. The deposit will be refunded if Mansion and grounds are left as they were found.
Security: A security officer is required to be onsite for all evening events. Officer fees are charged at a rate of $42 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours.
