Social Events

The Dallas Woman’s Forum’s Alexander Mansion is the perfect place for your social events. Be it a baby shower, wedding shower Bridesmaid luncheon or Rehearsal Dinner , we have you covered. The elegant surroundings of the Alexander Mansion make any party a memorable event.

PRICING:

Weekdays: $375.00 for a 3 hour event. Additional hours are $125.00 per hour.

Week-end rentals (Saturday and Sunday) are $3000.00 for a 4 hour event with additional time available at $125.00 per hour.
All prices subject to change. Official price is given upon reservation.
Rental fees include Caterers use of china, silverware, glassware, tables, and chairs.

A $500 damage deposit is required 30 days in advance of the event. The deposit will be refunded if Mansion and grounds are left as they were found.

A security officer is required to be onsite for all evening events. Officer fees are charged at a rate of $42 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours.
